The final stop of the Victoria Fox Superflow® season was held at Silvan on 25+26 April. It’s been an awesome series across the state at Red Hill and Creswick and the final race at Silvan was a fitting wrap up for the Series.
Congratulations to all Series winners – Holly Lubke took out the Elite Female title and Liam McLennan claimed the male win outright. A big shout-out to the racers with “most points” collected across the three VIC Events – Jimmy Cameron in the Vets with 1450 – two wins and a second place. Huge achievements also by U17’s Archer Gibson (1270 pts), U19’s Flynn Johnston (1300 pts) and U15’s Eli Lacey (1260 pts) – the commitment of these juniors was simply inspiring! Two racers had a three-race winning streak, taking out 1500 pts: congrats to Jessica Ryles (U19s female winner) and Jake Royle (Electroflow Master). Kudos to fellow eBiker Michael Brockley in the Electroflow Supermaster for 1300pts collected.
Series Prize Packs
We’ve been working with our sponsors to put together podium packs for the top three series winners in each category. It’s our way of saying thanks for being part of the Rocky Trail community and putting in the work on the trails this year.
A note on the Podium Packs
Our sponsors have been generous with gear and vouchers to reward the series’ most consistent riders. To keep things running smoothly on the day, there are a few things to keep in mind:
- Be there for the presentation: To collect your prize pack, you’ll need to be at the podium presentation in person. It’s a great chance to catch up with the other riders. We’ll send out an email after the event and there is an option to get prize packs in the mail, if you cover the postage. Details will be provided after the event.
- Prize Contents: The image shows some of the gear that’s up for grabs, but keep in mind these are examples and provided to give you an idea of the total prize pool. Actual contents will vary slightly depending on what our sponsors have in stock.
- Value Distribution: We are splitting the total prize pool across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place steps.
A big shout-out to these brands providing prizes for the VIC Series Final.
T&Cs: Riders must be present at the podium presentation to receive their prize pack. Images used in promotions are examples of possible prizes; actual pack contents may vary. The prize pool is divided among 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place podium getters based on product and voucher value.
We can’t wait to see how the points tally up after two days of racing. Whether you’re gunning for a series trophy or just keen for a weekend of riding with mates, we’ll see you at Silvan.
