We’re asking for your cooperation:
Could you please NOT PARK in the following RESIDENTIAL STREETS which are around the corner from the Event Hub at Sugar Bag (DIRECTIONS HERE):
NO STREET PARKING allowed in Lawman St and Hans Street
- The new redevelopment has limited onsite parking, therefore we have created a Stop, Drop and Go zone for all riders to utilise. Click HERE for a venue and event hub map illustration with the Stop, Drop and Go Zone.
- Arrive early to allow enough time to park and return to the event hub for registration and racing. Note Roadworks on Sugarbag Road, expect delays.
- Off-site parking is available at nearby: Caloundra High School Carpark, additional Parking is available on Bower St and at the sporting facilities there (see map here).
- Further and onsite overflow parking via the industrial estate, access gate Mark Rd E.

e-Bike Registration
Rocky Trail Entertainment requires every participant on an e-Bike to agree to additional addendum on the Race Waiver, guaranteeing the compliance of the e-bike with the Australian Standards at the time of the event and acknowledge the risk associated with non-compliance.
We will also be conducting checks on all e-Bikes throughout the event to maintain a level playing field for all riders.
Shred & Flow Race Tracks
We’ve got three awesome trails lined up for you at our Shred & Flow from 9am-3pm!
Liaisons To Starts
- No towing or shuttling permitted at anytime during racing
- Follow our orange “Neutral To Start” signs from the event hub to ride to the start of all of our trails.
- To return to the event hub after completing your runs please follow our orange “Neutral To Event Hub” signs
- Please do not shortcut the liaisons as they have been designed to keep riders away from “live” race trails ensuring safety for all riders.
Food & Refreshments
We will have a coffee and food van on site throughout the event to keep you suitably fed and caffeinated!
Declans onsite café will be operating all weekend from 5.30am until late.

You don’t need to be a member of any cycling association to race with Rocky Trail. Some offer great insurance packages which are worthwhile checking out and you are in charge of your own health insurance when racing with us.
