Bathed in sunshine from the ocean to the hinterland, the Gold Coast is Australia’s best known and loved beachside city. Only 12km from Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast, Nerang National Park is home of one of the trail networks of the Gold Coast MTB Club.
This is a public facility and therefore camping is not permitted on site.

Superflow Format
To be in the Fox Superflow® results, complete at least one of each of the 3 race stages – you get 5 possible runs on each and the fastest time per track will count towards the result.

Superflow Pro Format
- Race both days in the “Double Header” or one day in Sundays “PRO” only option.
- The Double Header includes Saturdays Fox Superflow® and Sundays dedicated Superflow® PRO event.
- The double header gives you up to 5 runs of each of the 3 tracks – you get a valid Saturday result for this classic format and this is included as a “practice day” on those 3 stages.
- Saturdays times count towards the Fox Superflow® podium & series points.
- Sunday’s Fox Superflow® PRO is a dedicated event with 1 single run on each of 4 tracks (3 plus the additional 4th PRO Stage).
- Scheduled start order and times for each stage on Sunday.
- Sundays race runs only count towards the Fox Superflow® PRO podium & series points.
- Full-face helmets are mandatory for the Superflow® Pro racers on ALL FOUR stages on Sunday!

e-Bike Registration
Rocky Trail Entertainment requires every participant on an e-Bike to agree to additional addendum on the Race Waiver, guaranteeing the compliance of the e-bike with the Australian Standards at the time of the event and acknowledge the risk associated with non-compliance.
We will also be conducting checks on all e-Bikes throughout the event to maintain a level playing field for all riders.

We will have a coffee and food van on site throughout the event to keep you suitably fed and caffeinated!

Pub food catering is our food vendor on site from 10am both days

We have three epic tracks for you which can be ridden in any order up to 5 times each!
Sunday will see a forth track open to PRO riders only.
Liaisons To Starts
- No towing or shuttling permitted at anytime during racing
- Follow our orange “Neutral To Start” signs from the event hub to ride to the start of all of our trails.
- To return to the event hub after completing your runs please follow our orange “Neutral To Event Hub” signs
- Please do not shortcut the liaisons as they have been designed to keep riders away from “live” race trails ensuring safety for all riders.
Diamond Hour Track Schedule
Each track will be paused at the times below to allow all our Diamond Hour riders to complete the track as a group.
This weekend ladies will start at 9.30am at the registration tent. Track order Stan – Lazer – Fox.

You don’t need to be a member of any cycling association to race with Rocky Trail. Some offer great insurance packages which are worthwhile checking out and you are in charge of your own health insurance when racing with us.
