Format & Schedule

Remember at this race you can race both days!

To be in the results, complete at least one of each of the 4 race stages – you get 5 possible runs on each and the fastest time per track will count towards the result.

  • Registration opens at 7:30 am Saturday & Sunday
  • Race Starts 9:00am
  • Last Run 3:30pm
  • Podium photos on Sunday 3:45pm – note, prize vouchers will be sent via email; series reward plates will be handed out and can be claimed at any future event too.

See the Event Guide for a detailed schedule including practice and presentation times.

Note: Women’s Diamonds Stages – we meet at 10am at the rego tent for a 10:15am roll-out from the event hub and will get a reserved start window at each start every full hour – the window is about 5min per track so other racers will not miss out on a lot of track time. We hope that non-Diamonds riders (male or female) will embrace this initiative, be encouraging out on course and at the starts. The Diamonds Start is a dedicated “Happy Shred” for women during the main event, no additional registration required and not compulsory. Female riders can race together on each track, creating a supportive and inclusive vibe.

e-Bike Registration

Rocky Trail Entertainment requires every participant on an e-Bike to agree to additional addendum on the Race Waiver, guaranteeing the compliance of the e-bike with the Australian Standards at the time of the event and acknowledge the risk associated with non-compliance.

We will also be conducting checks on all e-Bikes throughout the event to maintain a level playing field for all riders.

Food & Refreshments

We will have a coffee and food van on site throughout the event to keep you suitably fed and caffeinated!

Coffee – local vendor on site all weekend plus the great food served up by the gourmet Club Cheffy and Co!
