We are racing at the Castle Hill MTB Tracks, which are apart of the historic Castle Hill Blackstone Reserve on the corner of Thomas and Mary Streets, Blackstone. We would like to thank the local trail fairies for their support – these guys have worked tirelessly for a long time to build the facilities of the Castle Hill Blackstone Reserve for all mountain bikers.
Parking
When parking outside the event village please make sure that you park considerately and most importantly legally!
We want you to leave at the end of the event with a smile and not a parking ticket!

Format & Schedule
Remember at this race you get to ride both days, thats Saturday or Sunday.
To be in the results, complete at least one of each of the 4 race stages – you get up to 8 runs on each over the 2 days and the fastest time per track will count towards the result.
- Registration opens at 7:30 am Saturday & Sunday
- Race Starts 9:00am
- Last Run 2:00pm
- Podium photos on Sunday 2:15pm – note, prize vouchers will be sent via email; series reward plates will be handed out and can be claimed at any future event too.

e-Bike Registration
Rocky Trail Entertainment requires every participant on an e-Bike to agree to additional addendum on the Race Waiver, guaranteeing the compliance of the e-bike with the Australian Standards at the time of the event and acknowledge the risk associated with non-compliance.
We will also be conducting checks on all e-Bikes throughout the event to maintain a level playing field for all riders.
Food & Refreshments
We will have a coffee and food van on site throughout the event to keep you suitably fed and caffeinated!
Coffee – The awesome team from Colorado Coffee will be on site across the weekend.
Weekend Food Vendor – Giovanni from Artisan Pizza Co will be onsite all weekend cooking up authentic wood fired pizzas

Race Tracks
Fox Track
(Inca) is a fun and flowy but does contain a few corners that will test the skills of riders.
Stans Track
(World Cup) has some small doubles and a fun rocky section with a hidden landing for the brave (excellent B Lines for the conservative).
Lazer Track
(Roweys) is again fast and flowy with a good combination of fun jumps that can all be rolled.
MTB Direct Track
(Phil’s) is the most technical track, starts next to FOX (aka INCA) and includes 2 technical loose and steep corners that will test the best. Expect this track to blow out so be ready to change line choice across the day. Track finishes on a jumps section at the bottom so “whip it” up.

Liaisons To Starts
- No towing or shuttling permitted at anytime during racing
- Follow our orange “Neutral To Start” signs from the event hub to ride to the start of all of our trails.
- To return to the event hub after completing your runs please follow our orange “Neutral To Event Hub” signs
- Please do not shortcut the liaisons as they have been designed to keep riders away from “live” race trails ensuring safety for all riders.
Diamond Hour Track Schedule
Each track will be paused at the times below to allow all our Diamond Hour riders to complete the track as a group.
This weekend ladies will meet at 9am. The group will determine the time between starts. For more information about Diamond Hour check out our guide here

You don’t need to be a member of any cycling association to race with Rocky Trail. Some offer great insurance packages which are worthwhile checking out and you are in charge of your own health insurance when racing with us.
