HOW DOES IT WORK?
Rocky Trail will send out unique voucher codes via email after each event with the link to and order instructions for the “Rocky Trail Bazaar” on MTB Direct. You can then select from the 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize pools. Terms and conditions apply, see below.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PRIZE?
- To claim your prize, follow the instructions in the email sent to you with the unique voucher code from Rocky Trail Entertainment.
- You will get a link to the Rocky Trail Bazaar on MTB Direct where you can pick your prize.
- You will receive details on how to select your prize and how to get in touch with MTB Direct to order. Please note, that the Rocky Trail Bazaar page is set up for browsing and to select the item. You will not be able to purchase directly from the Rocky Trail Bazaar or the MTB Direct website with the voucher code, but will need to get in touch with their customer service team to arrange the order.
- To arrange the order you will need to provide the details of the selected item, along with the unique code provided to you by Rocky Trail.
- MTB Direct then set up the order and ship it to you free of charge.
- All #rockytrailracers who claim a prize will be checked against the official results list.
Terms and Conditions:
- Prize vouchers cannot be redeemed in cash.
- Vouchers can be used to select from the relevant 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize pool via a dedicated Fox Superflow®-Rocky Trail Bazaar on the MTB Direct website.
- 1st place can choose from any prize pool, 2nd place gets a choice from the 2nd and 3rd place pools, and 3rd place can choose their loot from the 3rd place pool only.
- Winners will get to pick, one and only one item regardless of the value listed on that item on the website. As a guide, the minimum values of the prize pools are $40 for 1st, $30 for 2nd, $20 for 3rd placings.
- Note to provide variety and more choice, some items in the individual prize pools may be listed at less than the min. value and some are a lot higher – either way one item can be selected at no cost to the winner. Conversely if you choose a item listed that is less than the min. value, you cannot redeem the difference in cash.
