DESTINATION Woolgoolga
Situated on the Coffs Coast, Woolgoolga is the perfect beachside mountain biking destination with something for all the family.
Tracks Guide
FOX track hits “Dirt Serpent” for the full length. This rates as one of the best flow tracks in Northern NSW and we know riders will love it. Length 1.3km and 75m vert.
STANS track is “Bangers n Mash” which has had a complete overhaul in 2024. Heaps of fun tight berms followed by the epic raised pallet run. Length 1.3km, 65m Vert.
LAZER track uses the new “King Brown” which is a super fun and flowy track traversing the hillside. Hips of tabletops to show off your stoke! Length 1,4km, 65m vert.
MTB Direct track start on the new skills track and drops into “Westies” for some fun and games. Length 1.2km, 50m vert.

Event Guide
Everything you need to know!
The Event Hub and Parking is located at the top of Stuarts Road at fourways junction.
Stuarts Road is two way with NO PARKING allowed and caution around cyclist.
Parking will be located in the large quarry area due West of the Event Hub, approx. 500m.
Please follow the directions of event staff when entering the venue and park as directed.
Please make sure your vehicle is parked considerately and does not impact access to the event center or trails.

Categories & Entry
At the Superflow® a variety of categories caters to all riders. Juniors (10-18) can develop their skills and race against their peers, while Adults (19-50+) can challenge themselves and experience the thrill of competition. For women, the new Diamonds Run provides an exclusive track access window with a relaxed pace on Saturdays, allowing them to tackle the stages together as part of the race. And for eBike enthusiasts, the Electroflow classifications deliver a charged racing experience!
